This can be filed in the categories of

- Carolina to the SEC
- Clemson and FSU to the Big 12
- Clemson to the SEC
- NCST to the SEC
- GT to the B1G
- Miami and FSU to the SEC
- Va Tech to the SEC

along with some other rumors out there.

This has happened every year around this time for the last 5 or 6 years. A rumor pops up about an ACC team leaving for another conference, only for the truth to be that the ACC added another team or expanded its program into a new sport.

The fact is ND and Penn State has a better chance of becoming full ACC members, then any of the teams listed above switching conferences en masse. That fact makes B1G and Big 12 fans :damn: but the truth hurts :lolbron:

I guess they gonna cut every program and academic department except the Business School, Engineering School, Journalism school, football, lacrossee, men's soccer and men's bball :beli:

We are an ACC school. These idiots need to STAY in the ACC.

:why:

Was just talking to my roommate about this shyt, dis nikka had the nerve to tell me Maryland should move to the Big East. Im like nikka :stopitslime::upsetfavre: Shut The fukk Up.

As far as this Big Ten shyt, makes no sense to me whatsoever. Something tells me the new President, AD, etc that just came a couple years ago are just doing shyt just to make their mark. These nikkas have in the span of 2 years completely turned the school upside down. Not saying I disagree with everything they've done but they've fired the FB coach, fired the bball coach, cut 10 varsity teams yet built a new mansion for the President, the football team tryna compete with Oregon for most uniforms, got a new turf field thats given the entire team a torn ACL and now these nikkas wanna move to the Big Ten. Somebody needs to tell these nikkas to please SIT THE fukk DOWN!!!:damn:

Plus you gotta consider that UMD were one of the two teams (FSU was the other one) who voted against increasing the exit fee to 50 million.

This is real, unlike the NC State to the SEC rumor that was going around 6 months ago.

there are empty seats because we have a garbage football team, not because of playing Wake or Duke. :snoop:

If Maryland were at least competitive and exciting in football, games would sell out.

:thefucc:

aint no one pressed to play in your garbage ass conference.

Breh, you play in the ACC, the Big 10 is better than the ACC at everything. Athletically and academically, you should feel privileged to be considered. :obamaword:

But Rutgers needs to sit down. Notre Dame needs to stop playing and join the mob :hmm:

Yep, wouldnt shock me if FSU tries to leave within the next few years either, especially if the ACC gets any worse. FSU and Maryland voted against that buyout for a reason. Still don't know why Clemson voted for it :snoop:

I dont mind football moving, but let lacrosse, soccer, and the basketball teams stay in the ACC. Those programs shouldnt have to associate with that filth. :scusthov:

and academically, the ACC is on par with the Big 10.

Well see ya, have fun on those yearly road trips to Iowa, Nebraska, and Northwestern :bryan:

I'm still skeptical about this. Been hearing about teams moving from the ACC so much over the last 5 years that I'm at the point where it actually has to happen once before I get worked up over any future rumor. Too many "credible sources" have been flat out wrong during this conference realignment era.
