NOT TRYING TO HEAR THIS BULLshyt...

THESE DUDES GET PAID MULTI MILLIONS TO SHOOT FREE THROWS.

HAKEEM, KAREEM, EWING, ZO, ROBINSON, MUTUMBO, DAUGHERTY, SMITS, YAO, SABONIS, DIVAC, THE GASOLS, ETC
ALL SHOT AROUND 70% OR HIGHER FOR THEIR CAREERS.

ITS LIKE SHAQ MADE IT COOL FOR BIGS TO BE COMFORTABLE SUCKING AT THE LINE,
BUT THESE DUDES NOT AS GOOD AS SHAQ.

WE NOT CHANGING THE RULES FOR THESE BUM nikkaS.

First of all Drummond aint no bum he averaging more RPG right now than all those guys u mentioned did in any of their seasons and shaq/hakeem
obviously goat centers and this nikka not as good as them...u can call deandre a bum cuz its his 8th season and all he can do is dunk but drummond just in his 4th season and already got post moves and actually workin on his game and improving every game

I agree wid u bout the rule change tho shyt definately shouldnt happen and disappoints me that SVG was cryin bout it after the game also
Like adam silver said if they change the rule its sending a message to all the players in high school/college that they can get away with not making their free throws

:dwillhuh: why do people say this? you think his coaches..haven't noticed this? and stressed extra work? you sound like cac btw...
Exactly..drummond hates coming out of the game and prolly smashed his head against the wall every day for not being able to shoot FT but some ppl jus not born with the shooting touch

these nikkas got big ass hands its like normal person shooting FTs with a dodge ball or something

80% MINIMUM, AND I'D BET THE HOUSE THAT IM MAKIN MORE THAN U IN A SHOOTING CONTEST (ANY RANGE). IF U GOT THE BALLS, PUT UR MONEY WHERE UR MOUTH IS YOUNG'N.

That went right over your head like your amish hat :jjjjj:

I would increase that number to 75%...

Shooting 50% means that you are getting lucky...That's like tossing a coin...A professional should have better odds than that...

Or, play by the same rules as every other league in the world and penalize intentional fouls.

I think a professional basketball player should be able to hit 70% of his freethrows. I can't logically blame coaches for exploiting weaknesses.

I don't blame the coaches or feel bad for the players. But it destroys the game and shouldn't be allowed, imo. I don't believe there is another league/level in the world that allows intentional fouling like the NBA does.

And honestly, if it weren't a big deal, Why does the NBA outlaw it in the final 2 minutes?

No one is perfect at their jobs. I work in an office and I still don't know how to unjam the copy machine. It might take me some time but I get through it.

What the hell, mayne...every copier has a damn diagram on the inside telling you how to unjam it.

I c/s this thread.

It's gotta be mental imo. You should at least be able to make 2 out of 3 FT's.

Its all mental. Go to a shootaround and watch even the worst shooters put in a dozen in a row. For some reason it doesnt translate to a real game.

It is, yall remember the Lakers free throw chart that came out a few years ago? It showed Dwight Howard making 80% of his ft in practice while only 49% in the game. Almost every player had at least a10% drop off between practice and the game
