While I won't say it's the norm for most brothers and sisters, it's not incestuous. We're friends...we treat each other the same way we treat all our close friends. And having this type of relationship is actually helpful, kept me from making dumb mistakes or at least being able to get advice about tough shyt when I needed it.
But close friends normally have sex at some point as well. Not sure how that helps your point. I'm surprised he didn't offer to "assist" you in learning how to give oral. Your other brother didn't want to fight him for no reason. Something ain't right about him talking to you like that.
