The website cited a posting that a slew of college students along with a manager named Owen Madden from the Cotton Club will be making appearances in the episode.
"For Boardwalk Empire episode 4.03, several roles are being cast, some of them possibly recurring, including Owen Madden, who runs the Cotton Club, and several college students."
However, while the parts needed for the scene are crystal clear, it still remains uncertain whether or not the roles have been filled as yet.
It had also been reported on Feb. 26 that the series was looking to cast a 27-year-old J. Edgar Hoover as the Head of Bureau Investigation along with some other fresh characters, according to Spoiler TV.
The television news site had posted the following information:
"A 27-year-old J. Edgar Hoover is being casted as a possibly-recurring character (So far, he has one big scene as the head of the Bureau of Investigation. He's described as 'humorless."
Boardwalk Empire is set to premiere its fourth season at some point in the fall of 2013. Only time will truly tell who will ends up being casted for the roles.

Capone took over Chicago and he used brute force.

Gyp could have won but he lost alot of goons and then Harrow came through and took out a chunk of his large force. You forgot he had Nucky on the ropes. Jimmy just entertained to much bull shyt and tried to do it like Nucky when he should have done it his own way. And he should have taken out Manny himself instead of sending a goon to do it. Or he should have sent Harrow.
Jimmy wasnt meant to be a boss well not a boss like nucky or chalky . Look at the way nucky keeps winning its because he knows how to play the game and cultivate alliances jimmy did dumb shyt like not paying manny and creating a enemy over nothin while nucky went and got those Irish (Scottish?) rebels to help him out ,had chalky save him , Capone assist him , the politician give him the distillery , and got rothstein to back him after he walked out on him. Some people don't have the head to be a great leader breh jimmy needed too much handling and relied on violence too easy .

Don't think Boardwalk has reached GOAT tier, yet. Great show, but mildly disappointing when you take into consideration all of the people that are involved.
