Just majestic, beautiful music stunning visuals just an all around 10/10 anime movie

It's probably Miyazaki's strongest narrative film, but I still prefer My Neighbor Totoro. Other movies that I think are better are Junkers Come Here, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time and The Wolf Children Ame And Yuki, but most Coli brehs would probably @ those movies except for maybe the latter.

No. That movie is the best anime movie ever made. It is fukking incredible on every single level. I like the more mature violent miyazaki. Dude was shooting homies arms off with arrows

Also, the best dub ever done ever. what a great american dubbing.

I can't disagree. It's one of the anime films that got me into and kept me into anime.

u gotta try karas.....great story and probably best action....also got the 3d/2d graphics that dragonball z battle of gods tried but a bit better to me....

I actually thought hard about this and it's definitely top 5 but I'd have to seriously think about Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Castle In The Sky, Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust and of course Akira (when you consider this movie dropped in 88 and it took over 160,000 animation cells to make and match the anime with lips of the character. A ton of work), but as far as overall story and animation I think I'd agree Princess Mononoke is just about perfect.

Paprika, Perfect Blue, Wolf Children...I don't really feel like any of these compete with Mononoke, but they're classics in their own right. I would suggest you give them a try. Even Summer Wars is pretty dang good.
