Had an incident last month with my supervisor at work.
She kept complaining about a work area that wasn't clean.
She said "Orlando, im gonna kill you".
I say "well we gon' be dead together".
She says " no cuz my husband's taller and DARKER than you".

Not to mention, a lot of females say they don't like light skinned dudes.
And we all know that dark skin dudes are viewed more as negative by society.
So,
Dark=negative
Negative=tough
Tough=protection
Protection=woman in love
