Nah Netflix stepped it up. Read the OP. People were shook these new services were gonna take their content AND undercut them on price. Damn title is that Netflix is gonna be TRASH!!
Well if my timelines tell me anything, it’s all about Tiger King, Money Heist, and Ozark. When people ask what to watch, it’s about Netflix and their shows. I don’t see anyone recommending anything on Disney since Mando. And none of the other streaming services get any talk.
I don’t even need to look at the numbers and I know they still on top in every metric. Don’t look like any type of trash going on over there.

Most of these streaming services will start off slow but I predict streaming taking over cable. Most people will have a satellite and streaming platforms.

I use Netflix for their original content. I don’t watch reruns.
But they didn't step it up. They've been doing this. 2 of the shows you listed are well past their first season and the third is a documentary that came out of nowhere and took over social media (I've lost count of how many of those Netflix has released). Stannery and people's predilection to be distracted by new shiny objects is why they assumed competition would be the end of a service with 150 million user base. I'd say Disney+/Hulu need to target Amazon Prime Video, but Amazon is unfukkwittable since you get it for free with Amazon Prime and nobody is getting rid of their Amazon Prime. Hulu has stepped up their game considerably, though.

I do understand what you mean. They didn't go out here and reinvent the wheel. But that is not what was talked about. The OP very clearly posted a tweet about LOSING CONTENT. About how 90% of what Netflix backed/made was pure shyt.. And how these other companies, with their amazing content, were just gonna take over.
It's almost 1 year to the date. Do ANY of these services look like their content is winning out here? Disney is cheaper and the kids are home too. Amazon comes with Prime and you can share accounts legally with Prime.. Hulu is Hulu.. I don't know why people thought anyone cared about ABC and regular networks but hey... They were named.... Why isn't anyone talking about their shows? Why aren't their shows going viral? The Boys my favorite show right now. I couldn't beg people to watch it. Had to fight for 90% of the season, before people hopped on Mando. And that was basically cause Baby Yoda memes. What other show is knocking on those doors?
I'm not a Netflix stan. Especially after they lost Marvel shyt. But Netflix is like Duck Tape. Yea it's Duct Tape, but Duck Tape got the brand name everybody says, even when speaking of another brand. Netflix is streaming tv. Netflix and chill means come watch tv, don't matter what streaming service. You tell someone about a show and the first question is "What's it on, Netflix?" And it's not like people are saying it and not watching it. Their content, which was what this was about, is still king. Until these other services get like 10-12 quality things that people like to watch, they ain't taking over. Not with 1-2 great shows and true, trash content. Ain't nobody picking a service to watch Friends or Law & Order

Ive watched so many Netflix original series to the point where I feel like they deserve my money every month. Man I use to be super anti-Netflix but their original content game is so tight now, you have to be crazy to not be subscribed. If if their original shyt is 50/50 good vs bad, it’s still a win because they have so much original shyt. And their best stuff is hbo levels of good.

It's too much damn content.. Gun to their head, choose one service, most will choose Netflix. And that's based on their favorite shows, not even the amount of content. Out of that list, you probably named 5 I watch and like and another 6 that I heard were great, that I can't even find time to watch.. Mainly because I have my own 5-6 that you didn't even name, that I actively watch.
