i liked it overall but the fact that I know they won't bother explaining any of the shyt going on is gonna make it hard to keep watching it

it seems like some cop out shyt for them to throw in all this mysterious supernatural shyt every episode with no intent of telling the audience how or why it's happening :sadcam: like they wanna just use it as a backdrop for character development which is cool but the mystical shyt is more interesting than the characters
Are you describing the leftovers or lost?:troll:

Breh, once you stop caring about the "why" aspect, you can appreciate the fact that the show is about how these people cope with losing their loved ones. It's a character study, not them trying to tell you a story that has a beginning, middle, and end. Hence it being called The Leftovers. It's based on a book that doesn't answer questions as well. Peep the thread that one of the coli nikkas started for it.

If you watch the show expecting the disappearance to be explained you will hate it. The strength of the show is seeing how the characters work through their individual tragedies. Granted some of the characters are boring but others are brilliant mainly Matt Nora and Pattie.
