How does one go about learning BJJ

Go to a BJJ academy in your area. Verify that the coach has lineage to Carlos Gracie and you're good to go, friend. Never go to a school where the head coach is NOT a black belt in Brazillian Jiujitsu, friend. If you like, tell me what city you're in and ill give you the some academies in your area. Thats what friends do. Knowing BJJ is like having extended family around the world. We know what we've all been through to get where we are so the respect you're given off top is incredible. *o wow you have a brown belt*

Thats because high level BJJ guys dont get in fights. Our arts are a little to advanced to be using in the street. I mean its not like we just K.O friends because many BJJ guys arent great strikers. Anyone can sucker punch someone which is how most fights start and end but FAIR ONES friend? Thats something you dont want with that BJJ purple/brown/black belt because if he cant strike, what do you think hes going to do to you, friend? I had a friend break a poor friends arm in a parking lot at Walmart because this individual wanted to fight over a parking space and just wouldnt let it go. BJJ pros are ninjas. Very kind and friendly but dont pull on the lions tail friend because the consequences? They could rebel against the proper way your joints work, friend.

If you want to take it there though, not every move learned in BJJ is done on the ground. I have learned many standing arm locks. Sorry there just arent enough BJJ movies to make my reference 100 percent authentic. Have some breakfast, friend.
