Yup. Season 6 was the WOAT. Worst villain and more ineptitude from Miami Metro Homicide. I couldn't believe Quinn just caught amnesia and never pressed Dexter again.

I just started season 7 and its good so far.

I'm near the end of 6 and i have to say I've been entertained at least by how bad it is. it is really stupid
there was one thread in it that had potential but they halted it for some reason...

How is Deb gonna continue to besmirch Doakes name?!?!? She's cool that an innocent cop is being blamed for her brother's crimes post-mortem? She's cool that he died because of Dexter!?!?

shyt got me feelin some type of way.

And LaGuerta is an idiot for letting her in on the investigation.

I swear all of Miami Metro have zero detective skills or hunches.

Batista has detective skills but I don't think he played dumb if he felt like one of his friends at Miami Metro was into some sh1t.

Quinn is a decent detective too people just hated his character.

Doubt it....there was alot of Batman shyt always going on with Dexter but it was defended and propped up. Then when it happened with characters that weren't as favorable, it became the most terrible thing in history.

I see season 3 gets a little hate at times, but Miguel Prado was . Season's 3 problem was how it ended. It just left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

Those are the only 4 seasons that exist to me. After your watching season 4, you were expecting season 5 to be see epic shiit & it was just some bullshiit.

Ending was fine, it was that season with colin hanks that sucked. Season 2 was my favorite due to the dynamic between Doakes and Dexter.

Just finished season 7. This show is dumb and like I said before, the writers keep using the plot device of Person X knows something and should really tell somebody but they don't and they die.

the fact that the women in Dexter's love life just disappear and never snitch on him.

As everyone said, the first few seasons were excellent. It was good tv. You rooted for Dexter because he was so careful and methodical on his kills. Then he got really sloppy and started only killing people to suit his needs. Even innocent ones.

I don't even think I'm gonna watch 8. I'm gonna save myself some anger and just read the episode recaps on wikipedia.
