His raw numbers might have been the same but he was much more efficient with Clippers.
The year he played for both Lakers and Clippers, he shot 42% with Lakers vs 49% with Clippers, 30% from 3 vs 35%, 46 efg% vs 54%. He was also playing much better defense and hustling. I watch both since they are both local teams, his effort and efficiency was much better with eye test too.
His second season is where he fell off with the Clippers and started posting similar numbers to Lakers tenure but he was also playing 12 mins less and coming off the bench rather than pouting and being toxic.

yeah I agree, he was doing pretty well till that Harden trade but Harden has also been great for them so cant blame them for that decision, but it definitely was the end of Russ there.

They were talking about Russ being on his way out of the leauge. Lebron & Richard almost single handedly ended this man's career.
He's been somewhat productive at his last 3 stops during various times. He was getting hyped at the beginning of his Clippers run too. I think he's finally accepted that he's not a premier player anymore and the transition to part time starter but mostly bench player is going better for him now. Despite his faults he's to talented not to still be productive once he swallowed his pride and found the right team to fit his current role.
