i had an incident similar to that so i try to only go to black owned local businesses now...i dont play that following sh1t...last time was in this beauty supply store on main st in east orange, got followed by this asian dude and went in on him and his wife...i had only been in the store 5 mins and asked him why he kept following me..he told me i was "taking too long" 
..you know i went in after that..i cussed him out, told him fukk him and his b!tch ass wife that was standing behind the counter and knocked some sh!t off the shelves just for good measure 
..they must have gotten too many complaints cause they got shut down a couple months later..that was in my younger days though..i probably wouldve handled it way better now but the audacity of some people are amazing

for your response and being one of the few people in here to actually make this into a discussion instead of playing around about "bad writing" "getting to the point"but yeah man its getting to be a pain in the ass...the thing that pisses me off the most are older black folks whether men or women who try to pin the blame on you...
how you going to walk into a store and buy something after you just witnessed someone being racially profiled?

well foreigners who own stores can be very rude and racist because they weren't brought up in our school systems that promote togetherness
now your case isn't a Sharpton dream case because you weren't assaulted or arrested thankfully, its more run of the mill douchiness from Indian owners of stores in NYC
I remember i'm on a date with this girl and her friend and they both needed to Pee but were afraid to ask and i said i would go in a store and ask i go to this Indian worker and ask if they have a bathroom if i have to buy anything and he says no bathroom and I said what do you guys use he gave me blank look and i said look its for a girl and he goes let me see her he sees her and lets her but he was a dikk
