Man, I just got finished re-playing Serious Sam: The Second Encounter and SiN.

Was about to fire-up Half Life and saw this thread.

I LOVE FPS games with puzzles almost as much as MMORPGS and JRPGS.

What engine you using and how many weapons (if any)? How much time is someone expected to put into it? Save points or Ironman? Boss fights?

Anyhow, keep it up, breh..............:salute:

Looks good so far. Keep working at it. Don't know much about game testing but I'll definitely support when you release a game. :salute:

Nice work! What engine are you using?
I'm using the Blender game engine... Well, a modified version of it, called UPBGE.. Any smart man would do well to use Unreal Engine 4 or Unity 5, but I've been using Blender for almost 10 years, so loyalty keeps me tied to it. That, and everything about the program is muscle memory to me now so I can create a game prototype in minutes..

Someone mentioned that it sort of looks dated.. yeah, it definitely is behind more modern engines like the aforementioned UE4 and Unity. But for what it lacks in graphical pop, it makes up for with ease of use, and you can literally build anything within minutes. Plus, it's python integration is amazing and convenient.

How far along in development are you? If you could make something this great in BGE than it'll be even greater in UE4 or Unity mostly because of their asset stores. Also releasing the game to multiple platforms such as mobile and consoles is much easier. But I am a huge fan of BGE so I get where you're coming from.
