Thanks to forums like these and an extended history of black people in rap and R & B, it is hard to undo and erase 40-60 years of music and contributions in these artforms. Rock n Roll was stolen from us in its infancy stages, but Rap has 41 years of black people, and still have black faces in it. On top of rap running shyt when TV was at its height (90s and early 00s) with black people's faces all around.

I mean our "old school" pioneers are mostly STILL in their mid 40's early 50's. Our Legends are just now turning 40. It's wayyyyyy too soon in Hip Hop history to just chalk up Cac conquering to "well it's about time".....
