It would be better if it was Shane in the role. Stephanie does a good job but Shane as the authority figure would be better just cause of the fact that Brock or whoever else could actually get physical with him unlike with Stephanie. I know it's more to it then that but if Shane was still with the company I think there would be a better product given to us.
So how long are they going to let Stephanie keep emasculating everyone?

She's a good heel but let's be real, you have to absolutely drench of suckage to NOT get over as a bad guy GM. Vickie had just as much heat as Steph when she was the bad guy GM. So did John Lauranitis. The heel GM is honestly IMO the easiest heat magnet position in the company. I'm not taking anything away from Steph, she was a good heel even as just a manager, but I'm not bolstering up her character because she gets the fans to hate her as a heel boss.
Ultimate Warrior's wife can be named GM tomorrow, turn heel, and I guarantee she'd be one of the most hated heels by the end of 2015. It's easy heat.
