The answer is no, it wont do what you are suggesting. How do I know that? Because I am a PS4 and its my job to know what my competition is up to. I can prove it too. If what you are suggesting is true, this would be a huge newstory on CNN/FOX/etc. The fanboys for sony would then point this out and the topic would of brought Microsoft to its knees for trying to infiltrate the homes of people across the entire world. Microsoft gets scroogled at its own game would be a headline. If non of that is going on, then that answers your question. This thread can die now, but that does go against fanboy protocol

But to me that sounds like it means while your playing a kinect game it will randomly take snapshots...... The way it's wondered how could you sitting down or a snap shot of u walking by help them with your game experience?

And if they are doing that why try and hide it? Seems like they would come out with some way of selling it to you some how, because we wil know 100% for sure oventually
