Regardless, as far as civil court goes, it wouldnt look good for Drake at all considering there would have been witnesses who saw him walk over to the fence, then scale the fence just to confront dude in a threatening manner. Unless this was private property, neither him nor his security had any right to approach dude. If it did come to hands, trust and believe the best lawyers around would be all over that case. A mega pop star threatening someone, said person defends himself then his bodyguard hits him? You're ing good in court. There's a reason why rich, high profile people usually don't act a fool like that, too many people out there would try to sue for less.
