Is the Helipad Private Property? If so then Drake is in the right.


If the Helipad is Public Property then there's nothing Drake could have done about it, hes in a public space people can take as many pics of you as you like and legally, there's nothing you can do about it :manny:
Nah the photographer wasn't standing on the helipad, he was standing on public property. He has every right to take photos of private property while standing on public property as long as its for personal use and not to make money.
