Yep, he choked his way to being one of the winningest QB's in NFL History. There are tons of great players and coaches who never won a title. It's not like he didn't have his team in contention for it. There are QB's now who can't even win a damn playoff game but you talkin about Donovan?

Favre threw 22 pics the year before he went to Minny. There was a year between the title game appearance and him going to Minny. Did you see Palmer in 2010? Dude was horrible and if he didnt' have TO and Chad he would have looked much worse, he still threw 20 pics. I guess you missed Carson's "trade me or I am retiring" fiasco. BTW Palmer is only 3 years younger than McNabb. I swear nikkas just take these myths and talking point about McNabb run with them and totally ignore what actually happens. It's not even about logic. How does a nikka have for not speaking up for himself AND a rep for for causing trouble if shyt doesn't go his way? As others have said before a white QB with McNabb's resume would most certainly have job right now and very likely be starting somewhere and there is really no way around that.

Almost every team you mentioned could most certainly use him as a backup. Favre had more than his fair share of shaky years in his mid to late 30s but that didn't stop team from giving him a shot when he was damn near 40. It's amazing how the power of perception and of course the right complexion for the protection (word to Paul Mooney) can override reality.
