So do we all agree that Seinfeld is the GOAT tv sitcom?

Great characters, great episodes, great guest and the show was hilarious from the start of Season 1 up until the end of Season 9. Season 1 might not have been right out of the box funny like the later seasons but it was still funny and better than the average season 1 of a tv sitcom.

The most important thing was that the show really progressed as time went on. It kept getting better.

I'd watch Cosby Show, Curb your enthusiasm, and All in the Family before. Senfeld just doesn't have the reply value for me.

But it's not a fair comparison though, 10 episodes a season on HBO vs. 24 on network TV.

Seinfeld, Curb your enthusiasm and Arrested development. The office is up there too.

The UK Office has always been way better to me. I saw a couple of episodes of the 1st American season and I just couldn't get into it. Maybe I need to give it another chance, I dunno.

As for Seinfeld, I have never seen a single episode. Not one. Same for Curb Your Enthusiasm and most other sitcoms named in this thread.

I watched the UK version of the office and I didn't care for it much.

Arrested Development >>> all others that come before and after.

GOAT show in my opinion. The writing was just top notch. Great characters and it changed Sitcoms for good.
