Detroit is a wasteland. All able bodied black men and women living there should leave and move someplace else. Why stay?? :wtf:

I dont think that's it tho. we had some organization before (Panthers, BMF, BGF,, FOLKS), we just weren't smart enough to know that we must hold onto it like a child otherwise we'll lose to the other groups who are better organized. If we had survival instincts (like the jews) we'd know how important it is to keep our organizations up and running.

seriously, wtf. as many black people as we have in prisons we have not one criminal organization? how the fukk does that even work. even mexicans have the mafia and Nuestra Familia, and they didn't even have any fukking money. :mindblown:

Now how the hell are we supposed to run an all black city if we can't do that. All we do is come up with excuses instead of problem solve. thats the problem. "the white power structure held us back" no you fool, get smart "they tried to hold us back but we figured out a way around it, we pulled a 'divide and conqueror and get some jewish folks to back door, meanwhile we chess moved a few rooks." I mean CMON.
Well the 1970's came, and the race riots because drug problems.

ok, now that we know that, it means we know the problem, and when you know the problem that means you can fix it. it's when you dont know the problem that you foolishly undermine yourself.

so now its time to fix and build. honestly yall seeing the D might get lost, some moves should be made to keep it.

Detroit
New York City had 3 million black folks until 2000. They have way less now.

Ya'll screwed up. In 5 to 7 years from now, Detroit will begin gentrification, and the blacks will be moving down south "because it's cheaper"

that's already happening, Dallas and Houston have a large amount of Detroits population right now, and of course ATL, that was the first destination.

Cocaine is out of style now but it's too late. The community has been torn apart by it. I think the D is lost breh, this should have been the black city, not some wasteland like down south were people are paid $4 an hour and blacks get shot for walking home at night

:russ: i didn't say he wasn't going to be, might as well throw the arab man into the mix too. i see what is about to happen. Folks will find out soon enough when Detroit turns into a impenetrable bubble and they are on the outside looking in. The corruption is always going to be there, through the good and bad times.

yeah i know it's going to be a while, even at this point the houses aren't even going for cheap anymore based on the past few auctions. i was mainly speaking on long term investments if one is able. there a couple white cats i used to work with that straight up purchased property in the hood and stay in those houses :manny: . The cat that mentioned the college kids/younger adults is correct, more so near or in downtown, but slooooooowly but surely the hood as well.

that's a part of the plan to reverse the urban sprawl that happened years ago, most of Southfield these days is just an extension of Detroit and will only get worse. next thing you know Detroit will be what the burbs is supposed to be.
Of course, this is what happened in DC.
