The only reason this thread is so long, and it comes across as a "celebration" is because we are witnessing the actual story behind 1 of those "19 shootings in an evening" in Chicago... I think its more shock/awe and interest as these events unfold as opposed to celebrating death... Sure it is "disgusting" but this is the culture of violence that exists. So unless you're going to run into these areas and play peacemaker, you might as well stay out of the thread because you aren't going to convince us that we aren't interested in where this will lead.

Also, to all you folks shytting on the Chicago saying you will never visit, just stop... There are plenty of beautiful safe areas downtown full of tourists, yuppies, non hood folks...

Even when I lived there and traveled to "dangerous" areas I still never got messed with because people could tell off top that I was just a college student...
