So can we agree that Siberian huskies are a top 5 dog breed?

u think someone is supposed to cop a dog from a shelter simply because the shelter is full of them? FOH

I want a quality, confident animal with papers. And im selling quality, confident dogs with papers.

U dont know what the fuk u getting when get one of them shelter dogs

People kill me when they try pushing that shelter shyt on others. Dont knock somebody else because they choose to buy/sell high quality dogs and not one of them second hand shelter dogs

I can kinda see what you and Steve is saying.

You are more like how my dad was.

He would have went through hell and highwater for those AKC papers.
He didn't believe in picking up strays, he was a die-hard breeder.

The best dogs he ever bred were Akitas, and people were paying him top
dollars for those pups. But it kinda came back on him when they grew, because most of the owners didn't realize how dangerous this animal could be.

I see both sides of the breeder/shelter debate.

I personally got my puppy from a breeder because I wanted a puppy to raise/train my own way . I wanted to feel comfortable knowing that my dog didn't have no fukked up prior owners. My friend got a dog from a shelter and it ended up biting her, so that really turned me off to it. I don't really give a fukk about the papers and bloodlines and shyt, just piece of mind that my puppy will be raised right and be the owner it knows.

If ur going to get a high end, high maintenance dog u definitely want to get it from a breeder. I'd never trust a shelter pit just because their temperaments are so delicate, u could be getting urself in a bad situation.

5.
siberian_husky_1.jpg

Siberian husky; for the reasons listed. Beauty, loyalty, protection.

4.
Beagle+Posing.jpg

The beagle. The ONLY acceptable small dog. Smarter than it appears, fun, and not bytch looking like most small dogs. Good hunting companion.

3.
220px-Dog_attack_(USAF).jpg

German Shepard. The ONLY dog the marines trust and if its good enough to serve our country, it makes the list. Probably the most intelligent and trainable dog, and has pure pure instincts. Not the best family dog however.

2.
220px-YellowLabradorLooking_new.jpg

The Labrador. Yellow, black, golden, it doesn't matter. This is the all purpose dog. The american family dog, both fun and smart and a decent guard dog if trained to be. They can be cowardly at times however but thats the master's fault.

Where do i begin? Natural guard dog, fun, deceptively smart, just absolutely beautiful when pure bred. Can run with you if you are athletic. Have beautiful puppies and grow even more classy. Great instincts; we had to train ours growing up to stop hunting birds and presenting them to us out of love. The weimeraner is the best thing out of germany since the mercedes benz.

i dont understand the purpose of getting any dog that cant fuk a human/another dog up if need be.

Because not everyone is a weak ass insecure fakkit who needs a certain type of pet to overcompensate. :mjpls:

Nothing against pits, rotts, etc., but alot of people who get those dogs are wannabe tough guys.

I mean, like, when the Akita matures, their true temperament kicks in.
Owners run the risk of these dogs possibly turning on them. My dad kept three for himself. Once they grew up and got too big(body-wise) to control, he gave them away.

When they are pups, they are all cute and cuddly. It's something totally different when they are grown dogs.
