Those are some incredible ideas. Honestly, there's so much to do beyond the typical podcast set-up (I feel that's such a tired concept) and there's so many young professionals and smart people on here. The problem is that we need people to commit to their ideas, and a lot of people will not commit their time if they are not compensated in some way.

Thats always the problem.
Would pretty much need to do the kickstarter first then and plan from there based on how much was raised. Everything kept in a transparent account ofcourse.....and I guess start it in only 3 cities: ATL, NYC and LA. Pay people like Tariq Nasheed(if only for the celeb factor really) to speak at the first event, really try and make a splash so people tune in and stay tuned in.....
