I'd suggest having 2
Coli brehs who are personable but not completely in sync on most controversial topics - otherwise it'll devolve into a group think session where nothing is challenged. Baseless argument is bad, complete agreement is lame but mature and heated discussion is king.
Whenever the program has serious discussion, though, please set rules for what is accepted as credible talking points - brehs need to have sourced material to back up certain points and those links could be provided in the info section of the video.
There needs to be
banners on the Coli whenever the videos are posted so there is a collective effort to have
all of the coli watch the videos to improve viewership.
The videos need to have length restrictions - you want people, at least in the beginning, to be tempted to watch the videos and a
2 hour video garners the same harsh reaction as a wall of text.
