well he was hinted at in the alternate ending to the first movie so it seems logical :ehh:

That was when Avi Arad was producing both and could grease those wheels to have New Line and Sony share a character but I don't think that'll fly anymore. Sony and Marvel would have to make a deal which they could do but that's the only way it happens

I hope they can work out the rights issues and get a decent script/director for this.
I wouldn't even mind a reboot of sorts as long as Wes gets to stay in the Blade role.

I'm not too sure this would work in the current PG-13 Disney/Marvel universe. I put Blade in the same category as Deadpool so the script would have to solid and they would need free reign to make it no R-rated movie. If they can't do that, they're better off leaving it alone.

If it ever happened, I'd definitely be interested in seeing it. Would be nice to see the franchise that kinda got the superhero movie ball rolling again to get a new installment. Trinity was terrible but I think they could learn from their mistakes and deliver something much better.

No Whammies!!
Unfortunately, between Wesley Snipes' tax problems and the horror that was Blade: Trinity, the series gave way to a crappy Spike TV series and eventually died.

I disagree with them that Blade:The Series was crappy. Sticky Fingaz was no Wesley Snipes, but everything else about the show was much better than something like "True Blood". The vampire villains, Blade's vampire girl "spy," and the politics between the different vampire houses were all great.

Series was dope. I think that's just the writer using Internet logic: "didn't see it, a rapper was in it, it's not on anymore, therefore it must be wack"

Sticky Blade wasn't that bad. I actually liked it adding to the vamp mythos.

Also, didn't Disney Marvel do Ghost Rider? It can be in the same vein
