Apparently he went away to the same island Oliver was on after his wife died and it appears he got trained by someone who knows archery just like Oli. He's definitely an a$$hole and a bad guy. He had something to do with Oliver and his old mans boat going down, kidnapped Walter, and is apparently the mastermind behind some kind of fukked up plan they we don't yet know about.

Does anyone remember during the first episode when Oliver got back him and Tommy got kidnapped and Tommy pretended to be knocked out while Oli took out all of those cats in the warehouse? I don't trust his ass either and Oli revealing his identity to him is is not a good look. Great and now the sister is apparently alive.

Yea, but he came off as a good guy in last night's episode. We've seen it in a lot of shows where a person comes off as a bad guy, but later on you find out they are good. Like Noah Bennet in Heroes.
