Does it explain in the comics, why when Oli have on his Hood costume, his voice gets Batman-ish, even without the phone audio enhancer.

He has one built into the suit.

I think I remember them showing him push a button to activate it in one of the earlier episodes.

Still doesnt account for how Laurel can't recognize him by his mouth, beard, build and the bottom of his face alone.

Hell, Helena recognized him instantly. lmao

Yep, no surprise. Those three shows are the only things keeping CW from looking completely

With all the stupid, illogical, and off the wall shyt that happens in Vampire Diaries it is something enjoyable to watch @Mook

long time fans of Dr Who will know what Im talking about. When I was a kid watching the shyt religiously, that funny high pitched sound from the first 2 seconds of the theme would have me like cause I KNEW I was gonna get some quality, off the wall entertaining shyt.

Even though I dropped Dr Who, I still get the chills from hearing the theme. And Daleks.

Now, the Arrow Theme got me feeling the same way. By the time that high pitched whistle goes off, I be feeling like
