Guile was ridiculous, especially if you fought against him as one of the last characters before Sagat and Bison. CPU would be standing up so you'd feel safe to jump forward with an attack and without crouching or charging, you're getting countered with a flash kick.

That shyt had me HEATED as a kid. He was damn near impossible in the arcades.

Hell pro evolution soccer on PS2 did this
certain teams just had my number no matter what. 2-0 up with 5 minutes to go and somehow end up losing 4-2. Every time

A lot of the games y'all are mentioning are from the same companies. Midway/acclaim.....mortal kombat, NBA jam, blitz.....

But yea pretty much every game has this built into it.
