AD has better handles and footwork, better mid range, better 3pt shooting, better free throws, post game, and a higher bball IQ than Giannis.
Giannis is living off his athleticism at this point in his career, driving to the basket with his strength and speed on the break cant be fukked with in the regular season but when it gets tight and turns into a halfcourt game in the playoffs hes exposed, similar to Westbrook who also puts up historical numbers.
And yet last November when LA went to Mke and AD was his primary defender, Giannis destroyed him, it was embarrassing to watch. And I as well as others spoke on it in the game thread here, hit fades, turnarounds on AD, backed him down, blew by him to the hole, and locked him down on defense...
Going into that game I was up in the air on who was better, probably with a slight lean to AD...
So AD has all these skills over Giannis yet Giannis has performed more dominantly on a consistent basis. Giannis can handle the ball from a creating offense standpoint much better than AD, is unstoppable in transition. More importantly, his blackout mode has proven to be stronger than AD's, who has some of the quietest 40/50 point ganes you've ever heard of, in terms if impact...

How you play with the variety of talent level around you, and how you perform in a varity of different circumstances, is what determines greatness...
