Nah, OKC is a much better situation for him because they have Roberson and PG so he never needs to guard elite SFs.
I don't care about all that. As a fan I just want to see Melo in a true D'antoni offense with an elite ball handler and playmaker.

Houston gives him two of those players. Houston represented an opportunity for Olympic Melo to make a regular season appearance.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
@Poitier

Who do you think is the best fit for the Knicks in the 2018 draft? I'd like to see them end up with one of the PFs, I know they need a SF now, but having one of those PFs (Williams, Bamba, Bagley) play next to Porzingis is intriguing :jbhmm:

I even like the idea of Miles Bridges next to Porzingis, give them sort of the tweener SF/PF thing with the wide range of skills at the 4.

Looking at their roster, it really looks like they should take BPA. All of the projected lottery guys look like a fit with maybe Porter being the worst fit due to suspect shot creation/rebounding/defense and Ayton as the best fit, if his motor is improved.

Watch out for Jaren Jackson Jr. Rim protector who can stretch the floor.

Been saying for over a year it's Doncic. Knicks need a ballhandler and a SF.

Frank and Timmy both look like SG's KP as shooters and either Willy/Enes in the paint with Doncic driving/shooting is a pretty damn good offense. Hell even Dougie works cause he could be another shooter if Doncic plays the SG role. I like Bridges but they could trade for a tweener. Doncic next to KP could be the "core" for the next decade.

I said it Earlier in the summer . This next draft will be rigged for Knicks. They'll probably get Bagley or someone better. Whoever they want really just like philly, the lakers, cavs and Celtics have been able to do over the last few years

If not in 2018 I can see them getting Zion or LeMelo Ball whenever they come out.

Just imagine the headlines "a new Melo returns to the Knicks" :ooh:

I bet Silver the NBA scriptwriters are already on it :ohhh:
