I just watched it. It was kind of interesting. Ending was kind of lame. One Asian teenager and one 5-year old black child is left on the planet in freezing cold weather.

A couple problems. The height, length and width of the train car seemed to change depending on the car you were in. From the outside, each train car looks like a regular passenger train car in width and length. But on the inside, the width and height in the tail section seemed to be larger than normal (if you've been on an Amtrak train, you know what I mean). In other areas of the train, it seemed narrower, like in the elementary school train car. And in other areas, it was way too tall. The aquarium scene.

just watched this

:mindblown:

i was :patrice: at how you gonna make a good movie about being stuck on a train, but :obama:

the classroom shyt reminded me of that paul walker movie running scared :heh:

the ending though :francis: that polar bear bout to eat and even if they didnt get eat they have never been outside the train how they supposed to survive, guess humanity is over :mjcry:

edit: and when he got to the end, i was like that kind of sounds like ed harris, but i know that cant be ed harris, they would have got another old guy to play this role, but it was him :ld: iono i just think another guy would have been better for wilford, maybe i just have ed typecast now :yeshrug:

Americans dont like too much talking in films like this. They need to be kept engaged with set pieces, action and dialogue that transitions into the last to things i mentioned. Think of the matrix 2 when the Architect was babbling. It was pretty interesting but you could literally hear brains shutting down in the theatre like when is this shyt gonna be over. I heard people laughing out loud while he talked as if to say * aint nobody tryin to hear that bullshyt*
:deadrose:

Finally saw it. Good film if you are able to shut down your brain while watching because it has so many logic leaps and holes. I was expecting a much better movie given the hype it has. People are still talking about it 4 years later.

I'm sure they didn't. Either they froze or that polar bear mauled their asses.

From the graphic novel basically they surged if animals can they can meant the world was getting warmer they ate the polar bear for food in the comics a killer whale washed up on shore

Comics is pure fukkery :krs:

just finished 3 minutes ago and i want a sequel. im ready to rewatch, tbh. very dope concept. the execution was something else. seemed a little behind the times but it wasn't bad. i'd give it a 3.5/5. it kept my attention and the wheel are really turning. i have a feeling in about a week i'll have a more formulated opinion.

if you aren't doing anything right now, watch this movie.

Read the graphic novels
