I think the bolded might be true. I feel like Snoop genuinely loves PAC. But I think PAC may have hoed Snoop on a very personal level. Snoop prolly thought he'd get his opportunity to get PAC back on some "bro this is for hoeing me" type shyt but PAC passed away. So Snoop still carries this feeling of being hoed by PAC while also genuinely loving PAC.
