1. YOU CANT COMPARE BLOCKS FROM ZO'S ERA
TO DWIGHTS ERA...
MORE SPACED OUT GAME.

You can't dismiss numbers from a different era only to use numbers in your next point.
2. DWIGHT ROUTINELY AVERAGED MORE
OFFENSIVE BOARDS THAN ZO.

Their number on the offensive glass weren't significantly different. But since you use the different era's argument having people shoot more jumpers would have given dwight more opportunities since they shoot a lower percentage then layups and dunks.
3. ZO AND DWIGHT INITIALLY HAD THE SAME OFFENSIVE SKILLSET, BUT DWIGHT ACTUALLY SURPPASED ZO BY WORKING WITH HAKEEM.

DWIGHT ALSO HAD MORE PRODUCTIVE PLAYOFF SERIES.

Dwight and Zo had no where near the same skillset offensively. Dwight was just putbacks, lobs, pick and rolls. Every other aspect of his game was trash. Zo, had a more reliable hook shot, could make the 15 footer with relative consistency. and had better footwork with his back the basket. in addition to the dunks.

If he is all IN with his role, him and AD got good potential to be a dominating front court group on the defensive end. They can get so many rebounds between each other.

DUDE ZO WAS PRIMARYLY A FACE UP PLAYER
WITH A SLOW RUNNING HOOK.

HIS OFFENSIVE SKILLSET WAS POWER.

DWIGHT CAN HOOK WITH EITHER HAND,
FACE UP AND TAKE YOU OFF THE DRIBBLE.
DWIGHT BECAME WAY MORE DIVERSE THAN ZO.

YOU EXPOSING YOURSELF.

That only because the center position was stacked. Dwight wouldn't have been a top 5 center in the 90s.

I SAID DWIGHT WAS A TOP 5 PLAYER AT HIS PEAK
AMONGST THE BRONS, KOBES, WADES ETC
SO YOUR RESPONSE MAKES ZERO SENSE.

Wait what? Cause he had a jumper, he was a face up big man? :wtf:

NO, HE WASNT PRIMARILY BACK TO THE BASKET SCORER.

HE WOULD FACE UP AND DO A SWEEPING HOOK SHOT, OR GET TO THE BASKET
AND LAYUP/DUNK THE BALL...

HE ALSO GOT ALOT OF BUCKETS JUST BY RUNNING THE FLOOR.

HIS SKILSET WAS VERY SIMILAR TO YOUNG DWIGHT.

LOOK AT HIS 50 PT GAME.

DWIGHT BECAME THE MORE SKILLED POST PLAYER AFTER
WORKING WITH HAKEEM.

I’m not disagreeing with anything you say here.. all I’m saying is he wasn’t a primarily ‘face the basket’ big man. Just cause dude had a jumper, and used it a good amount in his arsenal doesn’t mean that’s what he was. :manny:

NO YOU CLEARLY DONT UNDERSTAND
WITH FACE UP MEANS.

THAT DOESNT MEAN YOURE A JUMP SHOOTER.

IT MEANS YOU CATCH THE BALL ON THE BLOCK
AND TURN AROUND AND FACE YOUR OPPONENT INSTEAD OF BACKING THEM DOWN...

THEN YOU ATTACK FROM
THAT POSITION.

DWIGHT HOWARD SCORES
A FACE UP BASKET ON THE 2ND & 3RD BUCKETS.

There is no question about the leadership in that locker room. Agreed about building the chemistry...

The frontcourt defense will be nasty...

Across town, Paul George has choked in better years, and Kawhi Leonard has won two Finals MVPs without being the best player wire-to-wire in either Finals. I'm not sure what players choking in the past has to do with anything unless we're consistent with everyone...

Lakers are gonna be better than the Clippers, and if we dont win the chip, we will be right there. But for a fact the Clippers ain't winning a gotdamn thing...

:dahell: Who was better than him in the 19 finals.
