Any of yall ever experience this? I've had one experience with it and it was quite frankly the scariest shyt I've ever been through. If I hadn't of known what it was beforehand I think I would have literally shyt my pants or had a stroke or some sh!t.

Back when I was 16-17 years old I was falling asleep in the den. Suddenly I wake up and I can't move. It's pitch black. I try calling out but I can't make a sound. I start panicking and hyperventilating. Throughout the whole thing I sense an evil "presence" in the corner of the room staring at me and thankfully I can't turn my head cause If I did I'm 100% sure I would have seen the devil or some hellish looking demon or something. I just know that whatever it is is the epitome of evil. After what seems like an hour of this (really just a couple of minutes) I break out of it and get up, say wtf and go to my room.

So what up breh's? Who else has been through this nightmarish sh!t?

I have experienced this throughout my life...The interesting thing though, is that when I was super religious, I sensed a "evil spirit" and I would be screaming "Jesus help me!" and one time, my mother rushed into the room, because I didn't stop screaming even after I had woken up...

But since I stopped being religious, I don't sense an "evil spirit" any more...It now feels as if I trapped within a dream...

Basically, I fall asleep (world 1, real world) and in my sleep I start dreaming (world 2, 1st dream) that I am a sleep (world 3, 2nd dream), but somehow my consciousness becomes aware of this, but my body is trapped in the stage of sleep when we are paralysed...

When I wake up from these dreams, it feels like my consciousness was trapped in world 3, and trying to jump from this world into the real world, but it can't do that, because I am still asleep in world 2 (1st dream)...

I need to wake from world 2 (1st dream) so I can move into world 1 (real world)...

When that realization of entrapment comes on, I panic and start to try to force myself to leave world 3 (2nd dream) and wake up in the real world...But that is not possible, and the more I panic, the more the dream intensifies, and the sense of doom and gloom intensifies...Then I remember I have had this experience many times before, I relax, and move from world 3 to world 2 and I wake up in the real world, feeling like "Lord Jesus, what the hell did I just experience?"

I am now convinced I have these experiences more often when I go long periods of time without sleeping...When I go like 24 hrs and more without a good sleep...

I never cover my had with a blanket when I sleep, I saw afraid that I might suffocate to death if I have this experience with my head covered...

I think this could be how some religious prophets got their visions of hell...The experience is so intense and real, so how can it not be true...?

I love having sleep paralysis now...It makes me feel special in some twisted way...
