It used to happen to me a lot. I used to see this huge guy with horns dressed in armor coming for me while i couldn't move. Scary as shyt cause you can see but cant move or make noises. I could be incorrect but i read somewhere that you can even die from it. That true?

the visions and apparitions come from your own head, like some luke skywalker in the cave shyt.

i dont think you can die from that sort of thing unless its from fright.

That's crazy if it's connected because I've only experienced sleep paralysis and luicid dreaming/astral projection once and it happened around the same time.

I'm not really familiar with the whole lucid dreaming thing but from the little I read after it happened it sounded like that's what it was.

I was in my room laying down going to sleep. I started feeling a tingling in my feet/legs that started growing in intensity till my legs and foot of the bed started vibrating/levitating off the floor. I don't think my bed was literally levitating, that's just what it felt like. Even though it was pretty freaky shyt I remember not being wierded out or scared by what was happening.

I opened my eyes and I was standing by my bed looking down at myself sleeping. I walked through my door and into my parents room and saw them sleeping. I did the same thing with my sisters' room. After creeping around upstairs I went downstairs and everything changed.

There was a family in the living room and dining room chillin, going about their business. I could tell by their dress and I just "knew" this was a long time ago. I walked around for a minute (the other family wasn't aware of my presence). Then I figured I'd go outside.

I walked towards the door but as I got close I got the sudden feeling that it was a bad idea. The closer I got to the door the stronger the "stop" feeling got. I got an o.k. that's enough get back to your room now feeling and that's when I woke up.

I've remembered dreams before but I knew this wasn't just a normal dream. That's when I hopped on google and found out about lucid dreams/astral projection. Basically what I think happened when I went downstairs was I was transported to the past. The family I saw were the previous owners. I don't know why I didn't want to go outside though. That was the only weird thing.

I'm not really into all that shyt but I do find it interesting. But these last two weeks I've been on a paranormal/unexplained all around weird shyt kick.

It's happened to me many times. I tell myself, "All right, at the count of 3, move your arms." my ass counts to three in my head and I can't move!! It usually happens when I sleep on my belly. I also feel like there's a presence in the room but fear always gets the best of me and I begin to close my eyes.

wow i thought i was the only person to experience this. I thought i was one of the devils chosen ones. shyt is scary as fukk. I starts getting sleep paralysis at the age of 11 and i still get it if i sleep on my back. shyt is scary as fukk. But since im use to it now, i just yell some shyt like "fukk you!" and i wake up.

The shadow man would show up and try to choke me out occasionally and one time despite being unable to speak and scared shytless I actually got a look at the nikka.

yep same here. I haven't had sleep paralysis in YEARS but when i did, i would tell myself on the count of 3 to jerk myself awake and it would work....sometimes

I've had dreams where I feel I've woken up(but haven't). I feel as though I can't breath or at least I can't open my mouth and I can't move.

It happened to me last night again. Only this time, I was able to move. It felt like someone was tying a rope around my torso. fukking weird.
