My ears start ringing now. I'm just like welp, here we go. I go in and out of them because when you break out of one episode you're so tired you start going back to sleep and then you hear that ringing. Demon like I'm back.

I had sleep paralysis twice. One time I had a dream I was bit by a snake and I couldn't breathe or move even tho I woke up eventually. The other time I had a dream I was in a place kind of similar to this mixed with raven`s mind from the teen titans cartoon.

I woke up finally and I swear some demonic being was looking dead at me. It`s head was able to touch the ceiling of my room. Didn't move or say anything in the pitch dark.

I was facing away from the door and I heard someone walk in, take the katana that I had on my wall and unsheath it and a woman whisper my name. I said. "No!" in a bytchmade ass voice that's when I woke up.

I took the sword down and put it under my bed.

I haven't had it in a while but I notice I only get it when I sleep on my back. Now I'm shook and only sleep on my side.

Some of the scariest shyt ever. Can't move and feel like somebody is in the room. Don't wish that on my worst enemy

This used to happen to me all the time as a kid. It always seemed to happen when I took a nap during the day or fall asleep on my back

I'd hear this weird noise, like metal and shyt crashing together and I'd see dark shadows walking around or standing in my peripheral..

Someone told me that I astral projected and SP is just my body trying to wake up without the soul
