I remember this happening to me a lot as a kid...shyt was not fun.

It's been rare as an adult though.

I was facing away from the door and I heard someone walk in, take the katana that I had on my wall and unsheath it and a woman whisper my name. I said. "No!" in a bytchmade ass voice that's when I woke up.

I took the sword down and put it under my bed.

At least you could speak...a lot of ppl cant talk during a SP episode..

This used to happen to me all the time as a kid. It always seemed to happen when I took a nap during the day or fall asleep on my back

I'd hear this weird noise, like metal and shyt crashing together and I'd see dark shadows walking around or standing in my peripheral..

Someone told me that I astral projected and SP is just my body trying to wake up without the soul

I had it so many tines now I can feel it coming. Kinda like a woozy in and out thing and my body gets weak

Do you get a weird sinking/dull vibrating feeling? it's so trippy...I've only been able to do it on purpose like 3 or 4 times.

Well, back in the day when I was hanging with the WRONG peiople, one of my boys told me about an experience that would shake your soul... lets just say that about a month later, he was chained to a fence douced with gasoline and set on fire, but survived... it was karma, but the spirits warned him.

I have nightmares till this day about shyt I've been around....

i don't think so. i watched a documentary on sleep paralysis and they all reported a similar experience.

it happened to me once and i still don't know how to come to terms with it. i consider myself agnostic, don't believe in witches, ghost, demons, etc. but all i could do is stream tears down my face, as i saw a dark shadow of a woman figure standing inside my door way--in the fukking day time, btw.

Man that shyt used to drive me crazy till i seen a documentary about it in High School. I thought I was possessed by a demon. I used to get it very often, I used to hear sounds of people screaming, kind of like a market atmosphere in my room. While all this is happening I couldn't really move or speak. I just had to ride it out every time. One night I had the unfortunate experience of it happening to me while my eyes where open. Now I never seen a Jin but that night the creatures I seen open my window and fly around my room screaming terrorize me till today.



Now that I know what it is, I just lay there like until its over.
