I'm not sure if you guys are seriously thinking he said all 400 years is a choice or if you understand what he meant to say and are purposely being dense.

To me, it sounded as if he was saying slavery was 246 years, not 400 so why are we still talking about it when we could be filling kids heads with other things. Why are we putting Harriet Tubman on the 20 dollar bill to remind us of our oppression instead of Jordan or George Washington Carver to remind us of our achievements.

Slavery in America: back in the headlines (random article I saw when I googled the timeline of slavery. We can read and discuss together.)

And ya'll can miss me with the c00ntalk. However, if y'all wanna have some real discourse, let's chat.

i feel you breh

but kanye a grown man, he can clarify his statements and clean up what he says, to say what he means, whenever he wants. he got a platform bigger than any of us.

i dont ascribe to this whole 'what he meant to say' juelz gif mess when they try to do it with trump

and i wont ascribe to it for kanye

say what you mean to say, and if you mess it up, clarify it.

if you dont, then we can only take you at your words, and his words be jacked the fukk up when he dont have a team of writers nearby :russ:

It’s disgusting.

I know none of these nikkas better never get upset when a White person says the same shyt.
like others have pointed out..Malcom, Harriet and other non-famous folks have said similar in order to light a match under Blackfolks
I'm sure we could find other things to get mad at Ye for like his album not being that good, but this quote is not it

I absolutely was supportive of her cause she was securing the bag, not supporting Trump and I thought Spike was a bytchazz for what he did to her
And I thought all the Black folks that shyted on her was wrong for blindly following cac narratives

Looking back at this shyt in its entirety.. It was so embarrassing and definitely put a stain on Kanye's legacy to where he lost his black support for good.

Plus what also bothered me about this shyt with him and Van Lathan is that we arguing about our own issues in front of all of these CACs.. I said many times that if Sway would have knocked his ass out of his chair for all of that "You aint got the answers" rant, He'd been straight... Then he allowed that bytch Candice Owens to use him as a pawn and allowed the white bytch to literally run him crazy... Sad situation all together
