They must know something we don't:to:

The saddest part is these cacs will slob up these Em tracks, but you know they not about to actually support a Slaughterhouse album. It would really be worth it to put a garbage track like this out if the Em stans would actually buy the album, but you know they won't.

The thing I don't get... is that if they're thinkin about sellin records, why wouldn't they just release those Lighters type of songs, because those would be something Joell/Joe/Crook are more capable of doing than (modern) Em & Royce, who already proved w/ Lighters that they can make a hit w/ that type of sound. Now they're doing something which isn't that close to their comfort zone & shyt sounds like an Encore leftover.

I was EXPECTING, damn near lookin forward to those "poppy" Lighters type of songs & now there's this, the Busta Rhymes song & Throw It Away (which sounds amazing compared to this, lol) I don't care about... haven't heard the Busta song but  @ putting that :flabbynsick: ass badabada rapper on any album...

I was expecting 3 or 4 those type of tracks, considering My Life wasn't exactly similar to that Lighters/Airplanes/Love The Way You Lie/Spacebound sound...

I finally listened to snippets & I gotta tell that I was low-key surprised that the 2 songs w/ Skylar Grey prod. by Alex Da Kid didn't have the typical sound for their songs either... Both were sounding kinda less poppy than expected :leon:

oh well, the album is still gonna be 20 songs minus intro, skit, this & Throw It Away.... so it still could be good :yeshrug: People were definitely overreacting in that snippet thread, not in this though.

He picked the worst beats of every good producer he worked with... or rather had them custom make trash... just blaze, boi1da. Its pretty amazing lol.

he really does pick the absolute worst sounding shyt from everyone, son is deaf

you could have handed the boy the Stillmatic instrumentals and he'd rock over Braveheart Party

I remember when nikkas tried to shyt on them for doing "The One" on their 1st album. That shyt was beautiful music compared to the commercial trash they are coming up with now.

The one is the "perfect" way of doing a radiofriendly single.

that's the shyt, this ain't even "commercial", only weak. There's nothing that similar to this on radio.. Throw It Away at least resembled a random Swizz ft. song which gets played on radio. They gain NOTHING by doing this...

"The One" and "Juggernaut" off their mixtape is the closest they can get to making a radio single and stay in their lane. That shyt works.

Why do yall think Meek blew the hell up?? He was able to take his style and incorprate that into radio friendly songs. Nothing Meek is doing now sounds any different from what he did back in his dirty dread youtube days. But he found out how to make that shyt rock to a beat and and a hook

Slaughterhouse could do the same damn thing. But instead they rather go TOTTALY LEFT FIELD and release trash like this...
