When I hear this from groups...I appreciate the impact the Wu had on the game. It was an organic movement not people who became a group after their careers stalled.

Oh okay.. But I heard Royce make the same statement about fans and he was referring to the fact that they don't support him with sales anyway so they can kick rocks...

Breh, them selling was never going to happen no matter what they did. Since being rap stars was never in the cards, at the very least they could've kept it 100 with the few fans they had, and stuck to the "keep it real/raw lyrics" niche they had.

Instead they attempted to cross over, failed to do so, and on top of that pissed off what few fans they had. They sold 60k....even if they sold 20 copies you don't tell your fan base "we don't care what people think because we ain't selling". That fan base, no matter how small, is the thin line between you being a professional rapper and working drive through at Taco Bell.

They said in every interview that the album was going to be 'different' why you think they brought out that mixtape. no one buys hiphop albums, look at LIG. Album isnt even that bad either

Yeah "different" as in they were hyping it up to be some kind of classic with a lot of substance. The album is the opposite of what they said it was going to be.
