they really signed Horford to all that money just to give someone a first to take him

seemed like a good fit at the time...also he was giving them too much trouble when he was in Boston so they wanted to get him out of there because they though Boston was their roadblock. the mix was horrible...so now they have to get rid of him at all costs. he should be good for the Thunder though.

:francis: at Horford finally joining the Thunder about 4 years too late.

Green & Ferg in Philly sounds like a terrible idea for those 2. Lakers fans shyt on Green as soon as he missed 2 shots in a row & Ferg has negative confidence already. Philly fans are going to kill these poor fukks.

So fukking dumb ..if true Brand needed to go immediately for negligence... how the fukk are you going to compromise your financial situation for a dude that you may not even have to face to get to the finals ... :mjlol: treating the fukk ass celtics like they were the repeat champs
I mean, they DID run into the Celtics again these playoffs though lol, so at least from that position he did the right thing.

A first & a second round pick seems to be a lot to get off of Al Horford's contract but I'm not mad at it. Danny Green had a horrific shooting slump during last year's playoffs but he's still a net positive on the floor. I love the impact Morey is making on the 76ers already.
The pick will be in the 20s. Who cares.. This gives them cap room to get a superstar.

No he didn't do the right thing ... had they spent that money on a better fit they don't end up as a damn 6th seed playing the Celtic's in the first round ...they signed him and regressed ...who the hell decides their FA allocation based off of a 35 year olds presence on an opposing team :dead:

I didnt say he did the right thing. I said if his thought process was they had to get through the Celts he was at least right about that part because they met them in the playoffs. I was responding to the post saying it was silly for them to make a move with the Celtics in mind.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Must have been awkward as hell for Elton Brand to sit there as his new boss is forced to trade assets to reverse a shytty move he just made last year
Breh was probably on zoom quiet as hell as everybody discussed how bad they had to get Holford contract off the roster :francis::mjlol:
Nah.. Brand can stand tall. This was 239423498% Al Horford's fault. If he didn't turn into a complete bum who can't play two positions, this would have been an amazing trade.. If we even got 70% of Celtics Horford, we'd have been in there
