i always make it through the year without breaking them. 2012 was no clubbing.....sucess!

this year i decided six pack :yeshrug: dont know why lol

threw out everything this morning. sodas, chips, snacks, peanutbutter and jelly, ice cream. total about 50 dollars worth of food.


im pretty skinny 5'11 165 pounds. have a little fat on my stomach. im in pretty good shape its just that stomach


what do i need to do? im going through with this.

if youre already skinny

strongly recommend IF or starting PSMF(Protein Sparing Modifed Fasts)

look up lean gains and the ultimate diet 2.0(peep the gym directory to get started)

going from 12% BF to <10% is the hardest part so im in the same boat with yall

Im in the same boat Im a lil taller though 6"1 165 :ohhh: I was gonna go fruit,veggie,fish, shirmp, nuts diet and 5X5 strength training.

TS - If you're skinny with a gut, get you some Metamucil and All-Bran cereal high in fiber.
More thna likely you dont get enough fiber

Dont have a gut, but I do notice i bloat regularly, especially after meals. Could it really be the fiber? Explain.
