I hated whenever anything good happened for Al Bundy, bc you knew it was either a dream, or something wpuld immediately go wrong before he could enjoy it

The writers kept fukking up his life...:russ:

I think the craziest thing was when he won the dodge viper because he had the oldest dodge still working and it went over 1 more mile and he missed it...:mjlol:....:mjcry:

Not really a whole situation, but that episode of My Wife and Kids where the parents crash Claire's prom. And Michael explains to her that it meant a lot to Jay to be there cos she missed her own prom back in the day as she was pregnant with Junior. Then Clair is all understanding and shyt and goes and hugs her.

So you get pregnant at a young age, miss your own damn prom as a result, then years later, ruin your own daughter's prom, and the show is tryna tell us that we should feel sorry for her?

Nah fellas yall got it all wrong. Bel Air Academy was in a bullshyt conference. They never played anybody and the coaches out of conference schedule was trash. Will wasn't fooling no D1 scouts beasting out against preppy whiteboys :mjlol:

bruh he balled against a 5 star recruit and held his own on both ends :skilp:

Will is at worst a 3-star recruit, why in the hell does he not pursue a career in basketball. He could have easily had a D1 scholarship, instead he's at a DIII school taking bullshyt classes, no plan in life. He gets a scholarship, maybe acquires a degree he can use or maybe he is good enough to play bball overseas. Either way he's set. Instead he's stuck at some BS school not doin shyt.

Meanwhile Ashley pursues a modeling career which has an even lesser chance of working out and after some reluctance the family says fukk it and lets her do her thing. :what:

Not to mention they let Hilary drop out of school simply because she ain’t wanna be there and gave her a long time to find out what she wanted to do (tv anchor/host). Meanwhile, forcing that “you HAVE to go to school!!” bs on Will, who shows way more real-world aptitude than anyone of them.

I see why Will Smith decided to end this show when he did. No character development. They had him lookin like an extra-mediocre lame out there.

This thread needs to blow up. You guys really have me thinking more about the show. :dead:

Nah he wasnt dating nia long at that point. Elise neal was the daughter of pam griers character, who was tryna get at uncle phil. Will went on a date with elise and then we he dropped her off that night her mom seduced will and he slept with her.

That episode was just on. :deadrose:

Uncle Phil yelling that Will slept with Janice like he's telling on him, or trying to figure out the last game show question for the million dollar cash prize. :deadrose:

The situation where a girl beats up a guy, and the boyfriend starts feeling inadequate because he thinks he can't defend himself, or everyone starts making fun of the guy because a girl beat him up. Like, you want to be all feminist and equal rights but you're clowning a guy because a girl kicked his ass? :gucci:

Fresh Prince did this twice. The first time was when Lisa beat up this dude at the bowling alley and Will was pissed because his girlfriend, who was trained in self defense and saw him about to get turned out, stood up for him because it made him less of a man. And then he spends the rest of the episode trying to prove himself for nothing. :snoop:

The other time, and this was even worse, was when Will got knocked out by the female boxing instructor. Literally all of the characters made fun of him not because he talked shyt and got his ass kicked, but because it was a girl that kicked his ass. Even feminist Ashley of all people was clowning Will for it and I'm just sitting here like :what:. You guys expect an untrained Will to hold his own against an in shape boxing instructor that lives at the gym and gets paid for it? :martin:

In all honesty, that last season of Fresh Prince was a little :patrice: now that I think about it.

Bruh, just look at Will’s track record...

Vivica Fox
Tyra Banks
Stacey Dash
Naomi Campbell
Tisha Campbell
Jasmine Guy
AJ Johnson
Queen Latifah (2 seperate characters)
Victoria Rowell
Kim Fields
Garcelle Beauvais (2 seperate characters)
Cree Summer
Elise Neal
Nia Long (a separate character from Lisa)

That’s a hell of a list. 90s dream team of fine black actresses :whew:

Anyways, dude was goin out of his way to meet their fathers, doin all sorts of things to make solid impressions, putting in all kinds of work...just for them to disappear without a word by the next episode. Not just Will but a lot of shows did this. Put a character in a super serious relationship...that will pretty much be nonexistent after the next 20 minutes :patrice:
