You're saying Burrow is a bad example of a QB that can't will their team to wins...by pointing out he cost the team wins with bad playsBurrow is a dumb example. They would be in the playoffs if they didnt start so slow offensively. Burrow also had a couple games where he turned the ball over and it cost them the game. They Ravens game comes to mind.
If Burrow doesnt have those TOs, they are in the playoffs.
He is using Burrow as an example of "willing your team to a win" not working like Burrow played perfectly this season and didnt cost his teams wins. He is using Burrow's "dazzling season" saying "Burrow has them amazing stats and he not in the playoff cuz of the defense". Im saying he is a bad example because he couldve willed his team to the playoffs, if he didnt fukk up with those turnovers. Only a person who looked at burrows stats and didnt actually watch the games would say/think what Lombardi posted. You're saying Burrow is a bad example of a QB that can't will their team to wins...by pointing out he cost the team wins with bad plays
Don't blame Burrow, blame the game-killing interceptions he threw

Josh/Mahomes/Lamar are examples of dudes willing you to a win.
I get what TO was saying. Brock ain't one of those "elite" QBs that can lose all the skill players and still find ways to win games. But there's only a select few of those types.
Brock has shown here that he can make all the necessary throws, he has the mind for the position, he can throw on the run, he throws with great anticipation and he can use his legs to extend plays.
