Someone should just build a subreddit. Any social media site that doesn't have new registrations will eventually die a slow painful death.

Just a few months shy of almost exactly ten years ago, we were having this same discussion on ProjectCovo before making the mass exodus in June/May. Funny how everything goes in circles. How the administration handled this was worse than how SOHH/ProjectCovo handled it, which is hard to believe. Whoever they sold to, bought it out with the express intent to let it die slowly. Likely as a stipulation for their sale, they had to ghost the board and didn't object. This place is on borrowed time and unlike before, I don't see anyone creating a new forum. Enjoy it while it lasts. This time next year, this place won't be connected to a server.

Clearly the backend of the site is hanging on by a damn string. It's a shame, too, because this place is dope. I don't post a lot but man there are days when just lurking brings a much needed laugh or smile. The "brEh, would you nut in her?" topics be on some other shyt lmao but there's some legit good and healthy discourse going down here. What I don't get is if the current owners have washed their hands why they don't just sell. Or hell, hand it over to active members. There's gotta be enough of us here with the resources and skill set to keep it going. This topic comes up enough though that I suspect if something was going to change it would have already. Oh well.
