Nah. It's probably alot deeper than that. There is no way in hell this many people remembers a specific memory of sinbad playing a genie. I've seen folks recant the plot, wardrobe, etc. The truth is probably alot more sinister than we could imagine. I'd bet the government used mind control technology on a certain portion of the population back then to test it out. Its very plausible given what happend with the mk ultra shyt and they would never reveal that type of technology. I didnt even know this was a thing until I watching houseguest recently and tried to find the movie "shazam" only to find out it didnt exist. There is some scary technology the public doesnt know shyt aboutand this may be direct evidence.

Laugh if you want but they've being doing this since the 70's ever since they found out they could implant memories with patterns (hypnosis, visual repition.) Look it up. Its not out of the realm of possibility and this is probably how they would test it out, on portions of the public and on something innocent like misremembering movie titles, brand-name, etc. Its one thing to misremember a spelling, but for thousands of people to remeber a movie that "didnt exist".The CIA, the same group responsible for the MK project, has been in cahoots with Hollywood since the 50's and have bankrolled many movies since then.

If there was a genie movie by the name of Shazam, I would remembered it because Kazam was one of my favorite movies as a kid. I have no recollection of there ever being a movie called Shazam staring Sinbad.
