A Florida man who killed his family after they attempted to end his relationship with the Bulgarian camgirl he funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars to has avoided the death penalty for three counts of first-degree murder.

Grant Amato, 30, of Chuluota, will instead spend life in prison without parole after Monday's verdict by the Seminole County courthouse jury, which decided after three hours of deliberations not to recommend a death sentence, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

Amato shot dead his parents Chad Amato, 59, and Margaret Ann Amato, 61, as well as his brother Cody Amato, 31, at their home on January 24 following an argument about stealing the money he had sent to the webcam model.

He first shot his mother as she sat at her computer desk. He then waited for his father to return home from work to shoot him too. Finally, several hours later, he shot dead his brother, who had come by the house to visit.

"For over four hours, with the bodies of his dead mother and father in the house, the defendant waits for Cody to come home," prosecutor Stewart Stone told the court, the Sentinel reported. "By any definition of the word 'cold,' these murders were cold."

Amato had told police that his family gave him an ultimatum when they found out about his payments to the camera model, which was to seek treatment for internet and sex addiction or leave the family home.

Amato began a 60-day treatment program in Fort Lauderdale on December 22, but left before it was completed. Upon returning home, Amato's father gave him a list of rules to follow if he wanted to continue living there.

Among them was that he break off contact with the Bulgarian webcam performer. When Amato continued to stay in touch with her, he was asked to leave the home. Cody Amato's girlfriend told investigators that her boyfriend feared his brother would "kill everyone."

The killer had stolen $60,000 and guns from his brother and a further $150,000 from his father, including a loan taken out on his parents' house, Fox35 reported.

"It's so hard to go through the grieving process when there are multiple losses and uncertainty in the future," Jason Amato, the surviving brother, told the court, WESH reported. "Through all this, though, I'm a proud Amato, and I will rise up smarter and stronger than before."

The prosecutor described the 12-person jury's decision not to recommend the death penalty as "a matter of pure mercy," Fox35 reported.

"If you noticed, every single one of their findings was a yes. And the very last one was a no," Stone said. "It's very difficult to get 12 people to agree to impose the death penalty. It's a very difficult decision to do.

A Florida man accused of killing his family after stealing $200,000 to fund a depraved online relationship with a Bulgarian camgirl sent her sex toys and clothing that she wore in raunchy snaps and videos she sent back to him, new records show.

The files — released Wednesday by the Seminole-Brevard State Attorney’s Office and obtained by The Post — contain dozens of pornographic images and videos from a flash drive seized by authorities investigating the relationship between Grant Amato, 29, and camgirl Silviya Ventsislavova, before Amato’s parents and brother were found dead in their Chuluota home on Jan 25.

In one image, a manicured hand holds a sex toy, while another shows Ventsislavova wearing a G-string with her rump turned to the lens.

The trove of data also contained text messages between the pair, as well as a hand-written note that “Silvie” sent Amato in December, records show.

“Smile, my light!” read the note, which was punctuated with a kiss in red lipstick. “You make me happy!”

In one text exchange, Amato asked Ventsislavova how her “crazy” body functioned on such little sleep.

Two minutes later, she asked how Amato felt being back home before sending a link featuring her at MyFreeCams.com, the records reveal.

“With this link … it feels even better now,” Amato replied. “I can’t wait to f–king watch you be super innocent in those tempting panties.”

Amato then added: “But I’m so happy to be back. It just feels right.”

Ventsislavova then told Amato “you can watch it” before adding a shrugging emoji.

The records also contain a Jan. 4 note detailing an ultimatum given to Amato by his parents, Chad and Margaret Amato, mandating that he immediately end his “preoccupation” with Ventsislavova, get a job and repay the $200,000 he owed his family.

“But family does not expect this possibility,” according to the note, which also gave Amato the option of joining the military, particularly the Air Force.

The two-page note, which was marked up with a yellow highlighter, also warned that Amato could expect no more financial help from his family if he failed to meet the obligations.

“This is a promise — you better heed the warning — it’s real,” the note read.

Three weeks later, the bodies of Amato’s parents, as well as his brother Cody, were found shot to death in their home after Chad Amato discovered Grant was still talking with Ventsislavova, leading to a fight at the family’s home, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Grant Amato, who has pleaded not guilty in what police have called “execution-style” shootings of his family, remains held on $750,000. A judge has barred him from using funds from his parents’ estate for his bond, leading him to seek out a kind-hearted millionaire who might get him out of jail.

Amato’s trial is expected to start in July. If convicted on three counts of premeditated first-degree murder, he could face the death penalty, the Sentinel reports

Amato had told police that his family gave him an ultimatum when they found out about his payments to the camera model, which was to seek treatment for internet and sex addiction or leave the family home.

Among the rules if he was to stay in the family home: Grant Amato was to present a personal recovery plan in writing and get a day job. He was forbidden from using the internet past midnight, watching porn, or contacting Ventsislavova. He was also supposed to pay his family back the $200,000 and personally apologize to them.
Amato began a 60-day treatment program in Fort Lauderdale on December 22, but left before it was completed. Upon returning home, Amato's father gave him a list of rules to follow if he wanted to continue living there.

As to that condition, his family apparently was not holding out much hope: “We don’t expect due to lack of real feelings," someone wrote in parenthesis

Among them was that he break off contact with the Bulgarian webcam performer. When Amato continued to stay in touch with her, he was asked to leave the home. Cody Amato's girlfriend told investigators that her boyfriend feared his brother would "kill everyone."
