it really will. my daughters are on a competitive cheerleading team, and they have practice 5 days a week. in the summer, they also have cheerleading camp at the same place. so a lot of days they will be gone from 7am to 8pm, and when they get home from doing cheerleading and tumbling all day, they ready to eat and go to bed.

btw, my kids team is all black and the team is black owned
