That’s literally one of their staple songs and would more than likely be the first people go to. That can be heard at all types of games. You’d have a better chance of saying no one has played any of Silkk’s non-It Ain’t My Fault singles in that time span, like Just Be Straight With Me or That’s Cool.
Only 13 million streams on Spotify.

Facts about the radio play

But in 97-2000

The heights and dyckman was fukkin with no limit heavy. No disrespect but i was shocked. It was to the point nikkas wanted to shoot the fade cuz a nikka said cmurda was trash.

Respect. I cant speak on the Heights, but I take your word. Me, I fukked with Yung Bleed, Mac of course P. I could always put nikkas on shyt that was fire. I told folks you gotta look beyond the singles. There was def some good music in the mix.

I can’t lie…I was a Silkk fan when I was a child too :mjlol:

But in retrospect, he wasn’t that good but I did enjoy The Shocker & Charge It 2 The Game. I think that issue with Silkk was that he tried too hard to sound different than anyone else on the NL roster but even NL fans would say that he was biting off of Mystikal:yeshrug:

But yeah this shyt right here was hard. Silkk had his moments and was wildly popular back then.

As a east coast NY/NJ'er yes they were popular...but to say nikkas up here was bumpin they albums is false. The radio wasn't really either. Up here there were a small few like myself that actually fukked with them in regular rotation. So well known - yes...nikkas asking " u got that new Master P???" Nah...i was 18 in 98.
Well Jay, Bleek, Lox, Dipset, NORE n others were No Limit fans back then, guess regular NY cats ignored em huh

I went to a No Limit concert at the Liacouras Center in Philly and it was packed. No Southern or West Coast acts would go past Pittsburgh or BMore. No Limit was killing it back then.

I think C Murda was the Only NL album I purchased. "Bout It" was the only P song I liked In entirety. Mia X seemed like the only one dedicated to the craft. Salute them boys tho. They are a national treasure.

Yeah, I know. And then cats started arguing with me, as if it should even be up to debate that No Limit wasn't even in the same galaxy as the best labels at the time. If the best labels were the NFL, No Limit's roster was pee-wee league badminton.

But then I thought maybe I misconstrued their point. If toe to toe to them meant record sales, then it's a moot point. I don't give a shyt about record sales, so we'd be arguing apples and oranges. :yeshrug:

Then homie just went full retard and lost me, hence the back and forth.

And please, Wu-Tang? No Limit's best talent and albums couldn't even fukk with Loud Records west coast acts. Name one No Limit album better than Likwidation or either of Xzbit's first 2 albums. It's pure blasphemy to even put the Clan or The Mobb in this conversation. :hhh:

Shyt, I'd take the X-Men/X-ecutioner's album over most of their catalogue. And they don't even rap.

:deadmanny:
Unpredictable.

No Limit’s top tier talent pretty much begins and ends with Mystikal and Snoop, apologies to Mac and Fiend.
